Fire Rated Intumecent Pipe Wrap 4 Hour 160mm

• Key Technical Specifications: This 160mm fire-rated intumescent pipe wrap, part number QC12136, is designed to provide a four-hour fire-resistance period. It is suitable for sealing openings around plastic, PVC, and metal pipes in fire-rated walls and floors.
• Materials and Construction Details: The intumescent pipe wrap is constructed from a blend of graphite-based intumescent material and a durable outer layer of polyethylene. The wrap is flexible, allowing it to conform to irregular pipe shapes and sizes, ensuring a tight and secure fit. Additionally, its high-temperature resistance and durability make it a reliable choice for fire protection in various commercial and industrial settings.
• Additional Information: Each pack contains sufficient material to wrap multiple pipes, making it a cost-effective solution for firestopping applications. The intumescent pipe wrap is compatible with a range of pipe materials and is suitable for use in new construction or retrofit projects. Clear installation instructions are provided to ensure proper application and compliance with fire safety regulations.
