LSK Trade Plus Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the LSK Trade Plus scheme operated by LSK Supplies ("Company"). By signing up for or using an LSK Trade Plus account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Eligibility

• Trade Customers Only: LSK Trade Plus is strictly available to verified trade customers only. Proof of trade identity or business status may be required upon registration or request.

• Account Types: Benefits apply to both verified LSK Credit and Cash trade accounts.

• Account Access: Online account access and pricing are non-transferable and must only be used by the registered account holder or authorized representatives.

2. Discounts & Pricing

• 10% Off Discount: The 10% discount applies to qualifying products across the LSK range. Due to the nature of net pricing, specific promotional lines, or margin structures on certain items, not all products will qualify for the 10% discount.

• Boosted Discounts: Boosted discounts on designated "Trade Essentials" lines apply automatically at checkout to qualifying items.

• Trade Price Promise & Contract Support Rates: Price Promise and Contract Support Rates are subject to verification, written quotation from eligible local trade competitors, and stock availability. LSK Supplies reserves the right to review or amend custom rates at its discretion.

• Same Net Price at Every Branch: Net prices for trade items remain consistent across all physical LSK Supplies branch locations for active account holders.

3. Delivery Terms

• Free Next Day Delivery Threshold: Free Next Day Delivery applies exclusively to orders valued over £100 net (excluding VAT).

• Delivery Slot Availability: Free Next Day Delivery is strictly subject to the availability of delivery slots at the time of order placement. If no delivery slots are available for the next business day, your order will automatically be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

4. Click and Collect Terms

• 24/7 Locker System Trial (G20 7LU): 24/7 Click and Collect access is currently being trialled exclusively at the G20 7LU branch using an automated locker system. Access instructions and collection codes will be provided upon order confirmation.

• Standard Branch Collection: For all other LSK Supplies branches, Click and Collect is strictly available during standard branch opening hours only. Collection times outside of listed trading hours will not be accessible.

5. General Provisions

• LSK Supplies reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Trade Plus benefits, discounts, or terms at any time without prior notice.

• All offers, prices, and deliveries are subject to stock availability. Standard LSK Supplies sale terms apply in addition to these Trade Plus T&Cs.
