We are committed to offering our trade customers competitive pricing. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we will always do our best to match or beat it. If we can’t, we will still look after you. Please see our full terms and conditions below.
1 Proof of Price Required
To make a claim, you must provide a valid invoice or receipt from a competitor.
The competitor's invoice or receipt must be dated within the same calendar month as your claim with us.
2 If We Can Match or Beat the Price
If you provide a valid invoice or receipt and we are able to match or beat the price, we will adjust your order total accordingly. No additional next-purchase discounts will apply to the transaction.
3 If We Cannot Match or Beat the Price Our Promise Discount
If you provide a valid invoice or receipt and we are unable to match or beat the price, we will reward you with a discount code for your next order as a thank you for checking with us:
Online Form Required: To be eligible for the next-purchase discount voucher, your claim must be submitted and processed through our official online form.
Branch Claims: While our team in-branch will attempt to match or beat competitor prices for you in person, claims processed in-branch are not eligible for the next-purchase voucher if we cannot beat the price.
The reward is provided as an online-only voucher giving you up to 10% off your next purchase, strictly capped at a maximum value of £5, equivalent to 10% off a £50 spend.
To redeem the voucher, your next purchase must be processed through the unique link provided with your discount code.
Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within their specified validity period.
4 Competitor Quotes & Online Retailers
We treat official competitor quotes and online-only prices differently than completed physical invoices or receipts:
If the proof provided is a quote rather than an invoice or receipt, the next-purchase discount promise is not valid.
Prices found on online-only stores, marketplaces, or auction sites (e.g., Amazon, eBay) are excluded from the automatic promise.
Matching or beating a competitor's quote or an online-only price is entirely at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline a price match or beat on these without alternative compensation.
5 Right of Discretion
We retain full and absolute discretion over who we recognize as a legitimate competitor. We reserve the right to reject price comparisons from businesses that do not meet our criteria, such as unauthorized stockists, liquidated businesses, or non-UK based entities.
6 General Conditions & Exclusions
Like-for-Like: The competitor’s product must be identical in brand, model, size, and specification, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and the authenticity of any receipt, invoice, or quote.
This promise applies to the price of the goods alone and excludes delivery charges, special trade account structures, or clearance discounts.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change the terms of this Trade Price Promise at any time without prior notice.
