1. Definitions
In these conditions, “The Company” refers to LSK Supplies Ltd, and “The Buyer” refers to the business, organization, or individual to whom these terms and conditions are addressed.
2. Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from delays in delivery. Free delivery on orders over £50 is available exclusively for members of our Trade Plus Card program. Detailed delivery options and pricing for non-members can be found on our delivery policy page.
3. Cancellation
The Buyer is responsible for any non-recoverable costs incurred by The Company if an order is canceled. Should The Buyer cancel an order that has already been processed, The Company reserves the right to charge for any associated costs.
4. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and will be based on current rates at the time of dispatch. Special offers and discounts may apply to Trade Plus members, including up to 5% off all purchases.
5. Retention of Title
Ownership of goods remains with The Company until full payment has been received. This includes any outstanding finance or return bills related to the order. Title to goods will pass to The Buyer only after the full amount has been paid.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance with the order. For account customers, terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at 2.5% above the Bank of England base rate.
7. Overdue Accounts
The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and recover any legal costs involved in the collection of unpaid invoices.
8. Returns Policy
Damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Goods that are not special orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Special-order items are non-refundable.
9. Product Compatibility
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods purchased are suitable for the intended use. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from misuse or incorrect use of the products.
10. Trade Plus Discount and Benefits
Members of our Trade Plus program receive a 5% discount on all purchases. Additionally, Trade Plus members benefit from free delivery on all orders over £50. To maintain these benefits, customers must agree to receive promotional materials from LSK Supplies via email. Opting out will result in the removal of the discount and free delivery benefits from the account.
